The logger doesn't responce (direct connected).
Check the RS-232 cable connection and the com settings (host preference) of your
computer (modem option should not be checked) and try again.
If no response, disconnect the logger. Wait 1 minute, connect the logger again and read
the logger status. With the result of this command, contact your dealer for full support.
The logger doesn't reponce (modem connecton).
Check (if possible) the location modem (Modem cable, powered and switched on). Once
every day and after every try, the Sentry® data logger will initialize the modem with the
programmed (data logger) string.
The logger doesn't response (GSM connection).
To communicate with GSM modems, add the characters \N0
(backslash N zero) to select normal speed buffered mode at the Host settings.

day the Sentry® data logger will initialize the modem with the programmed (data logger)
string. This include (if neccesary) also the sign-up procedure with the PIN code.
How can I zoom a graph and modify the X-axis?
Click on the x-axis. Now you can specify the range in absolute days and/or time format
and change the 'number of division into a number to get whole time-units.
When zoomed, PAN (move) the displayed graph one period back or forward with the F2 or F3
keys.
I can't program the data logger using modem communication.
During modem communication the default settings of SenCom gives (for security and
safety) no access to the program button. If there is a need to (re-) program the Sentry®
data logger, you should add -P after sencomw.exe of the command line from the SenCom icon.
